Finalidades del tratamiento de datos personales
Los datos personales aportados de forma voluntaria por el usuario, serán incorporados a registros de tratamiento titularidad de AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA con las siguientes finalidades:
- La gestión y control de los servicios ofrecidos a través de la página Web, el teléfono o el correo electrónico
- El envío de información sobre servicios del AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA siempre que lo haya aceptado expresamente.
- Gestionar los Usuarios del Sitio Web

Información acerca del tratamiento de datos para envío de comunicaciones
Los datos empleados, o facilitados, en las comunicaciones informativas y/o promocionales son tratados por AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA para finalidades consistentes en el envío de comunicaciones electrónicas de naturaleza informativa sobre servicios, actividades, publicaciones, celebraciones y acontecimientos sociales de AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA que pudieran resultar de interés del usuario; el seguimiento y optimización de las campañas de marketing se realizarán mediante tecnologías al efecto.

Plazo de conservación de los datos personales
Los datos personales proporcionados se conservarán mientras que se mantenga la relación, no se solicite su supresión por el interesado y no deban eliminarse por ser necesarios para el cumplimiento de una obligación legal, para la formulación, ejercicio y defensa de reclamaciones, o cuando se requiera su conservación para posibilitar la aplicación de algún beneficio, para el usuario.

Legitimación para el tratamiento de los datos personales

- El usuario ha prestado su consentimiento informado para el envío de comunicaciones relacionadas con servicios de AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA que pudieran ser de interés del usuario, para la instalación de sistemas de seguimiento que informan sobre hábitos de navegación según la Política de Cookies, o para el envío de información requerida a través de formularios de contacto.
Existen obligaciones legales que requieren del tratamiento de los datos personales, de acuerdo con los servicios prestados.

En la actualidad AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA no realiza transferencias internacionales de datos.
Derechos de los interesados
El usuario podrá ejercitar ante AYUNTAMIENTO EJEA los derechos de acceso, rectificación o supresión, limitación de su tratamiento, oposición, portabilidad, y a oponerse a decisiones individuales automatizadas.
